What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Branch Managers position at SRS Distribution?
Assistant Branch Managers work in conjunction with their Branch Manager lead the team with energy, professionalism, and an urgency to complete tasks.
- Supervise the Drivers and warehouse operations to include guiding, assigning and training personnel to receive, store and distribute building material.
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to insure that orders are pulled timely and accurately and that they are loaded and unloaded for the vendor or customer promptly.
- Oversee the dispatching of trucks for timely and accurate delivery of product to job sites.
- The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of inventory control to include purchasing, weekly cycle counts, pricing, review and disposition of damaged and outdated stock. Other duties include order processing, day-end balancing, and assisting with all other areas of running the branch.
Qualifications :
The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $69,100.00 to $89,800.00 Annually.
