What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Sales and Merchandising Representative position at SRS Merchandising?
We are seeking a Field Sales and Merchandising Representative to join our team at SRS Merchandising. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work on an as-needed basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of merchandising, including audits, building racks and displays, resets, and planogram implementation and maintenance. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, depending on client needs.
Our representatives must be dependable, with a verifiable track record of showing up on time and completing work as directed. We offer competitive pay rates, ranging from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, which vary by client contract.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a strong understanding of planograms and the ability to implement them
- experience in merchandise resets and visual merchandising
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- a professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required, as well as a smartphone with internet capabilities.
