Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Organize and store materials in accordance with inventory procedures and safety standards
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery to technicians, job sites, and customers
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and accurate documentation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment (training provided if needed)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic audits
- Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs or discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a clean, well-organized warehouse environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management preferred, but not required
- Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or asset tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and within a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate warehouse vehicles or willingness to complete training
