Position : Project Foreman

Location : Salt Lake City, UT

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay Range : $30–$45 / hour (based on experience)

Job Overview

As a Project Foreman , you will lead commercial installation crews and manage large-scale refrigeration and HVAC projects ranging from $30,000 to $1,000,000. You will oversee all aspects of the project, including safety, scheduling, and quality control, while mentoring and guiding your team to success. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage daily project operations.

Supervise and mentor a team of installers, pipe fitters, and refrigeration technicians.

Review blueprints, identify potential challenges, and ensure accurate execution.

Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain project timelines.

Oversee safety standards and provide on-the-job training for team members.

Collaborate with project managers to track budgets, progress, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate documentation using company systems, including daily logs and progress reports.

Build strong relationships with customers and uphold SRV’s reputation for quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or related industries.

Strong mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Familiarity with large-scale refrigeration or HVAC installations.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays.

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with assistance.

Capable of working in confined spaces, on rooftops, and in varying weather conditions.

Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

Comfortable working in unheated or non-air-conditioned spaces.
