Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance of systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients regarding system operations and maintenance. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and enhance overall service quality. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Qualifications : Proven experience as an HVAC-R technician (3 years preferred) Universal EPA Certification Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and electrical components.
