What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk position at SRV Temperature Solutions?

Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities :

Process payroll accurately and promptly using ADP.
Manage collections and ensure timely client payments.
Process weekly vendor payments and respond to inquiries.
Assist in preparing financial statements.
File and pay sales
Over see taxes.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Qualifications :

2–3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or finance.

Experience with QuickBooks and ADP, or the ability to learn new software quickly.

Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Experience with collections and accounts receivable is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday (this is an in-office position)
