Part time Remote Dispatcher- Commercial Refrigeration

We are seeking a Remote Dispatcher to join our team at SRV Refrigeration . This role is crucial in managing and coordinating our field service technicians who are out servicing our clients’ refrigeration needs.

This is a Full or Part-time position, with different shifts (between 5 PM and 8 AM)

Pay rate $14-$16 / hour.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on customer requests and technician availability.
• Monitor the status of service calls and follow up as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and problems.
• Maintain communication with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all service activities.
