Position: Senior Associate Product Manager, Endur
Location: Juno Beach, Florida (onsite 3-4 days a week)
Duration: 6 months Contract (with the possibility of conversion)
Job Summary:
The Senior Associate Product Manager, Endur will bring extensive knowledge of the trade lifecycle and various commodities to lead ETRM delivery capabilities. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to define, scope, and implement ETRM solutions while ensuring seamless communication between technical teams and business functions. The candidate will focus on managing Endur implementations and integrating tools to enhance trade and risk management processes.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, strategists, architects, and cross-functional teams to align product goals with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap while leveraging design thinking tools.
- Represent the client during ideation workshops to identify opportunities, pain points, and solution options.
- Establish customer journey mapping and validate learning through user testing.
- Translate product vision into well-defined, prioritized features aligned with the product roadmap.
Functional and Technical Expertise:
- Drive integration testing, SIT execution, and UAT support.
- Define and manage scope and design of ETRM workstreams, including risk assessment and solution feasibility.
- Provide expertise in OpenLink Endur V16 or higher with in-depth knowledge of deal modeling, risk valuation, invoicing, and settlements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships by keeping them informed and setting expectations.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to enhance team capabilities.
Required Qualifications
ETRM Expertise:
- Strong working knowledge of OpenLink Endur V16 or higher and its modules, including C-motion, reference data, and PnL reporting.
- Expertise in Crude and Refined products business, including oil trading, derivatives, and scheduling (futures, swaps, options, etc.).
- Experience in energy trading and risk management, specifically covering US and European markets.
Functional Experience:
- Hands-on experience with market managers, deal modeling, risk simulations, invoicing, and reporting in Endur.
- Understanding of energy trading lifecycle, including exposure reports, settlements, and market data.
Soft Skills:
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or Agile Product Manager.
- Ability to train business users and prepare detailed process guides.
- Strong understanding of functional requirements, solution design, and test execution.
- Experience working with traders, operations, and market risk groups for business setup and modeling.
