Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to join our super sales team in North America.
This role is pivotal in generating net new business opportunities, nurturing long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our Salesforce-focused managed services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net new Salesforce solution sales within assigned territory accounts.
- Acquire new clients for CRMIT s Managed Services: ASVP, CRM, Agentic AI, and integration solutions (Vlocity, MuleSoft, Tableau, etc.).
- Create and execute strategic account plans to foster long-term client relationships.
- Generate leads from multiple channels and partner with Salesforce AEs.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, client discovery meetings, and project estimations.
- Lead the sales cycle from lead qualification to closure, including negotiating SOWs and MSAs.
- Maintain competitive intelligence and proactively drive sales strategy alignment.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5 years of experience in Salesforce solution sales with annual quota responsibility.
- Proven success in enterprise or mid-market B2B sales across industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, financial services).
- Strong Salesforce network and relationships, especially within Salesforce AE teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management
- Experience in collaborative sales with cross-functional and delivery teams.
- Prior experience working with or for Salesforce partners is preferred.
