Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with expertise in US Payroll and Taxes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Tax Configuration: Expertise in US payroll, BSI Tax Factory configuration and maintenance, and application/testing of Tax Update Bulletins.
Benefits & Garnishments: Configuration and integration of benefits with payroll, garnishment setup.
Finance Integration: Posting payroll to finance.
Payroll Rules & Schemas: Deep knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, direct deposit, and check configurations.
Time Management: Experience implementing and supporting positive/negative time management, including Time Evaluation and Schema updates.
Lifecycle Implementations: At least two full lifecycle US Payroll implementations.
Third-Party Integrations: Experience in integrating/interfacing third-party vendors with SAP.
Support & Issue Resolution: Production support activities, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for configuration, development, data, and process.
Legal Compliance & Year-End Testing: HR service packs, Year-end testing, Legal notes application.
Remuneration Statements: Configuration and testing of Remuneration statements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 12 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll, with expertise in US payroll and tax regulations.
