What You Will Bring: Have a strong track record of overachieving sales targets in a high volume, high growth business focused on Private Markets and Hedge space Are experienced in directly leading and developing diverse and high-performing teams. Have proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills including a mix of first/second line management experience and a consistent track record of hiring, developing, motivating and mentoring successful teams. Have clear examples of leveraging multiple data sources to inform key decision making. Have experience creating a high-energy, inclusive team culture that fosters trust and a sense of empowerment.
