Plan Maintenance Analyst is responsible for processing the full variety of Plan level maintenances, Price Margin, financial and non-financial, by client. What You Will Get To Do: Ensure all data and systems requirements are updated accurately Handle bundled and unbundled plans as well as Simple IRAs Handle maintenance and calculations on annuity product Maintain a high level of service to clients by responsiveness, effective communications and completion of project deliverables in agreed upon timeframes according to contractual benchmarks Partner with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues efficiently to meet all deadlines Coordinate communication and resolution with internal partners and clients What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree or Retirement Services work experience 3-5 years Defined Contribution Plan Administration or Plan Conversion experience required Proficient knowledge of qualified retirement plans and an understanding of plan setup and maintenance as applicable to daily plan administration General knowledge of IRS and SEC regulations Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel required Strong numbers aptitude, including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to gather and analyze facts, evaluate plan needs, and develop creative solutions Demonstrate organizational skills, and the ability to set goals and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Able to work Hybrid in local office 6 days per month.
