Title: Retirement Plan Services Group – Plan Conversion Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Kansas City, MO metro area or Quincy, MA metro area ONLY

The Plan Conversion Team has a large portfolio of projects and activities focused on plan transitions and investment related changes for recordkeeping clients. The Plan Conversion Analyst focuses on leading small transition and fund-related projects and supports the team’s overall project portfolios and project management processes.

What You Will Get To Do:
Lead small projects to ensure receipt of transferred assets, mapping or default, allocation and releases are properly handled
Work collaboratively with management and internal teams to scope projects and schedule tasks
Maintain a high level of service to clients by responsiveness, effective communications and completion of project deliverables in agreed upon timeframes according to contractual benchmarks
Document Plan Conversion project requirements, notes and other critical information to be shared with relevant business units
Establish effective communications and change management activities for clients
The Impact You Will Make:
Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years of experience in financial services or similar environment and 1-2 years project management
Knowledge of retirement plan recordkeeping and of retirement plan products and services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Research, analytical and problem resolution skills
Experience with Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Teams
Demonstrated project management skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize, plan, and prioritize to meet deadline
Able to work in the local office 4-6 days per month.
