In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to our medical equipment services. Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into company databases and systems.
- Maintain organized records of customer information and transactions.
- Assist with data collection and ensure data integrity.
- Assist Accounting/IT Department
- Perform order entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and systems is a plus.
