What You’ll Do:
- Lead Inventory and Equipment Management: Oversee all aspects of inventory control and equipment readiness, ensuring everything is compliant and in top condition for patient use.
- Coordinate Delivery and Distribution Operations: Manage the logistics and execution of equipment delivery, ensuring timely and safe transport directly to our clients' locations.
- Ensure Excellence in Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records and generate comprehensive reports that influence strategic decisions and operational efficiency.
- Champion Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement rigorous quality controls to meet and exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop Customer and Client Relations: Cultivate strong relationships, providing stellar service and solutions that address the needs of our clients and their patients.
Who You Are:
- A dynamic leader capable of multitasking in a demanding environment, including physical tasks like lifting up to 100 pounds.
- Technologically adept, particularly skilled in Microsoft Office, with a solid background in managing durable medical equipment.
- Experienced in logistics, DME setup, warehouse management, maintenance/repair, and administrative leadership.
- An effective communicator with excellent organizational skills, eager to improve processes and achieve results.
