Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and litigation strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in various legal matters.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations as necessary.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in family law matters, estate planning, personal injury claims, and workers compensation cases.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect client cases.
- Utilize Lexis-Nexis for research purposes to enhance case strategies and outcomes.
Requirements
