What you’ll need:
- 5 years in a customer service-oriented role
- Banking experience (a plus, but not required)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage high-profile clients by assisting with account setups, closures, wire transfers, and ACH services, ensuring seamless and personalized banking experiences
- A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a team environment
Bonus points: Experience in commercial banking and familiarity with ACH and wire transfer processing
