Job Summary
The Loan Servicing Specialist plays a critical role in managing the lifecycle of loans from origination through servicing. This position involves ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to borrowers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage servicing processes and possess excellent organizational skills.
Duties
- Manage loan servicing tasks including payment processing, escrow management, and account maintenance.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their loans, payments, and account status.
- Collaborate with underwriting and loan processing teams to ensure smooth transitions throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks related to loan servicing.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications related to loan accounts.
- Provide support to loan officers and other team members as needed.
- 3–5 years of loan servicing experience (commercial & residential real estate loans preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with core banking systems and an understanding of loan documentation
- A proactive, client-focused mindset and a passion for operational excellence

Pay: $65,392.00 - $85,031.00 per year
