- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, must be able to analyze complex business problems and identify potential solutions.
- Excellent communication skills: must be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to ensure that requirements are clearly understood.
- Strong leadership skills: able to work independently and proactively drive day-to-day and week-to-week actions. Capable of stepping in for the PO during their absence, providing guidance and direction to the team to ensure that project goals are met.
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience working with Clearwater Analytics and data.
- Property insurance experience: has a good understanding of the business domain and requirements of the stakeholders.
- Data-oriented mindset will be able to identify how data can be leveraged to improve business outcomes.
- Experience in data engineering will be useful in understanding how data is collected, processed, and analyzed.
- Behavior-driven development (BDD) experience: Experience with BDD will be useful in ensuring that requirements are translated into effective tests and in improving collaboration between developers and stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving: proactive in anticipating potential problems and finding solutions to mitigate risk and ensure successful project delivery.
- Adaptability: must be able to adapt to changes in project requirements, timelines, and priorities and still deliver quality work.
