Position: Workday HCM Test Consultant (Onsite)

Thay do be responsible for test management for governance, communications, test phase entry/exit criteria, defect and metric reporting, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire test cycle, which will involve multiple phases, including Smoke, Unit, End-to-End, Regression, Integrations, Parallel, Data Conversion, and UAT, until the Sign-off of each phase.
Align with the systems implementation partner, to manage and report the status of overall program execution and facilitate the execution of the test strategy and end-to-end test management.
Plan and coordinate to ensure all testing activities are executed within the integrated project plan timeline.
Collaborate dovely with workstream leads, planning the test phases execution, scope, effort estimation, and risk management.
Responsible for onboard Workday FIN to the Kainos test automation suite (SmartTest, SmartShield, SmartAudit). Includes coordinating with the Workday HCM Automation Testing Lead to aegrate HCM and FiN on a shared automated testing.
Responsible for establishing processes for FiN regression testing within the Kainos SmartTest for the ERP Transformation program and on-going governance between FIN and HCM post-programs deployment.
Coordinate and ensure testing resources are aligned on scope, timing, and procedural expectations for every test cycle, including those needed to prepare and accomplish testing.
Secure agreement from and coordinate with the program team on test environments, expectations and resources.
Support each test phase's entry and exit criteria, including formal approval from all relevant stakeholders, reporting and signoffs.
Perform the defect management process, including strategy, triage, reporting, and resolution.
Responsible/co-ordinates regression testing of impacted systems.
Responsible for reporting and communication of plans, progress, hues, defects and possible solutions are delivered promptly and effectively.
Skills, Experience And Qualifications To Be Successful
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Over 3 years of experience with Workday HCM and/or FIN required.
Experience in at least 3 full cycle Workday HCM and/or FIN implementation.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
Hands-on experience in Agile methodology.
In-depth experience with the Workday test process for integration testing, functional testing, system integration testing, and regression Testing.
Experience with Kainos automation software
Proven project management skills including experience with project management tools (je. Jira, qTest, PowerBl, Excel).
Excellent problem solving, collaboration and communication skills.
Applies creative solutions and strong problem solving skills with agility.
End test management from a customer säde or projects managed by a Systems Integrator.
Strong risk awareness skills and management of risk, Forecasts the risk, evaluates the severity and makes efforts to mitigate without impacting the overall testing timelines. dreams of work simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
