Office Administrator Needed to Join Our Award-Winning Creative Design Team

SSA is excited to announce that we are hiring! If you are interested in being part of our award-winning creative design team, we want to hear from you. We are seeking an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to assist and support our design firm.

Position: Design Firm Office Administrator

Location: Tampa Studio

Requirements:

· Extensive knowledge of accounting, accounts receivables, accounts payables, billing, scheduling and general office/studio/firm design operations.

· Experience utilizing and/or knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and BQE Core is essential.
