Summary/Objective:

Terminals activities.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assign vehicles and radios to labor prior to shift logging proper credentials for accountability.
- Communicate with mechanic's shop to ensure vehicles are serviceable and sanitized.
- Report radios with communication deficiencies to department manager.
- Report any equipment not returned or damaged with employer's complaint filed to department manager.
- Ensure equipment is ready for next shift.
- Support Terminal's operations during work hours.
- Occasionally drive through container yard during busy conditions.
- Support Security department needs for additional radios or vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Supervisory Responsibilities: No
Work environment:
- Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
- Exposure to computer screens.
- The office staff may be required to work outside on their feet 3-5 times a day several times a week depending on the workload.
- Exposed to outside weather conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is occasional.
