Recruitment Support Specialist, Clearance Required – TS/SCI w/Polygraph
Please note, this position requires all candidates to currently possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance with a Polygraph. This position is not an opportunity to be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance.
The Challenge:
We're looking to turn the CORNER for this TABLE of Pre-Employment Deployment Services. Team SSATI is aware of the hiring challenges associated with the Director’s annual hiring goal that has recently been as high as 3,000 government personnel annually. Our approach to address this volume of hires is to deliver a collaborative environment, promoting sharing of expertise, knowledge and critical thinking while protecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Many of our personnel have been assigned overseas, so their unique experience drives our desire to provide excellent service ensuring the customer can continue to support critical missions worldwide.
How We Meet the Challenge:
Team SSATI delivers trusted personnel, transparent technical communications and an environment that is inclusive of all ideas and personnel. We instill an ethos of customer service during orientation, and then reinforce this through consistent communication and training. This training, led by our Program Manager (PM), is not just for a specific role, but rather it includes repeated cross functional lessons. This enables each team member to become cross-trained for every mission critical task on contract. Minimum Qualifications:
- A current Top-Secret/SCI government security clearance with polygraph is required
- High school diploma
- Three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Skype for Business, OneNote, web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), and database entry.
- Three (3) years of experience performing general office work with strong interpersonal, computer, and organization skills.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft programs.
Bonus Points:
- Competed minimum of 20 CPE credits of JTR related training in the last five (5) years.
As a Recruitment Support Specialist, You Will:
- Manage data entry, processing, data analysis and dissemination for the employment and recruiting efforts of our customer.
- Report applicants that are absent or late to the government stakeholders.
- Assist in accommodating applicants with special needs.
- Check-in each applicant, recording all their pertinent information, and brief each person on their specific schedule.
- Provide applicants with pre-assembled documentation packages and supplies.
- Contact missing personnel using the travel tracking spreadsheet.
- Assist applicants in navigating pre-selection process with scheduling for various appointments needed for recruitment process.
- Schedule, register, verify test scores, and monitor test labs as part of test proctor and validation services.
- Ability to work the call center in responding to general inquiries from applicants in navigating the applicant shared service recruitment tool.
- Ability to greet and check in applicants for their pre-selection appointments throughout the day at the welcoming center.
- Ability to prepare document packages for newly hired personnel entering on duty.
- Ability to assist employees with preparing for deployments, developing strategies, and reporting quality control metrics as part of global assignments.
- Ability to train any incoming Business Support Specialists that are replaced.
- Ability to prepare official travel orders with knowledge of Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and reimbursement packages for relocation as needed.
- Complete all mandatory training as provided by the customer necessary to support the organization assigned.
