We are looking for a curious and experienced professional to join our trusted advisory team and foster meaningful client relationships. As a Tax Advisory Services Consultant, you will play a key leadership role within our Salina market and be an active member of our Firmwide tax team. In this role, you will provide proactive tax consulting and planning, conduct compliance reviews, and deliver in-depth research services to a wide variety of clients and industries. You will also contribute to the recruitment, mentorship, and development of talent within the tax advisory services team.
We are seeking a candidate with a CPA certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience preparing corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns. Supervisory experience is essential, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal and client relationship abilities. Community involvement and the ability to generate additional business opportunities and services for our clients are highly valued.
