This 8-week paid internship is your gateway to a career in grounds management! Work alongside professionals to gain hands-on experience in landscaping, turf care, and outdoor maintenance while learning the fundamentals of sustainable groundskeeping.

What You’ll Learn:

• Turf & Landscape Management – Mowing, aeration, fertilization, and irrigation.
• Plant & Soil Science – Plant selection, pest control, and seasonal care.
• Athletic Field Management – Turf care, field painting, and game-day prep.
• Sustainability in Grounds Management – Water conservation, erosion control, and eco-friendly practices.
• Equipment Operation & Safety – Hands-on training with professional landscaping tools.
  
  

Qualifications:

• An interest in groundskeeping or landscaping (some experience in preferred)
• At least 1 year of college coursework (facilities, grounds, or landscaping preferred)
• Attitude of a leader
• Enjoyment of inspiring others and sharing knowledge
• Interpersonal skills
• Must be a team player
