Job Summary

As an Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a role in supporting Human Resources functions and ensuring outstanding service delivery. This position involves maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR processes, and contributing to the seamless operation of HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential employee records, including personal information, compensation, benefits, tax details, performance reviews, transfers, and terminations.
- Be responsible for the accurate processing of new hires, terminations, employee changes, and transfers within the HRIS system.
- Facilitate employment applications and assist with various recruitment activities.
- Coordinate and process reference checks and background screenings for prospective employees.
- Prepare and distribute New Hire offer letters, onboarding packages, and other candidate communications.
- Compile and analyze personnel data to generate detailed and accurate reports.
- Ensure personnel files meet compliance standards and are maintained with the utmost confidentiality.
- Provide support to the HR department by handling a variety of administrative tasks ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform additional duties as specified to support the HR team and organizational goals.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
- Knowledge of HRIS is preferred.
- Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and maintain organization in a changing environment.
- Proficient computer skills with Windows based office software including MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Associates degree or equivalent 2 years of related work experience.
