Job Summary
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our field training programs. This role involves assessing training needs, developing programs, coordinating training activities, and ensuring the effectiveness of training initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Program Development and Implementation :
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for hourly associates.
Map out annual training plans for various departments including management, HR, and customer support
Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions, including orientation, onboarding, and skills training
Create and administer post-training evaluations, tests, and assessments to measure instructional effectiveness and determine the impact on employee performance and KPIs
