Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead all aspects of our Manager in Training (MIT) Program. This role is integral to the development and success of our future leaders in facilities management, with a focus on Custodial, Grounds Management, and Maintenance. The ideal candidate will build a robust learning environment, provide hands-on mentorship, and ensure a seamless transition from training to permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Lead the MIT program for a remote team of participants, ensuring a 6-12 month structured training program
- Design and implement customized learning paths tailored to individual MITs' development needs.
- Provide hands-on support to MITs, including mentorship, troubleshooting challenges, and facilitating leadership skill development.
