```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to legal staff
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Reach out to clients to complete case intake
- Respond to emails
- Provide client with case updates
- Send out letters to medical facilities and insurance companies
- Follow up with clients health providers on treatment
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in legal studies is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English (no exceptions)
