Working Pattern : 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Office Based | Full Time, 37 hours per week, 08 : 00 – 17 : 00 Monday – Friday
We're hiring Customer Service Advisors to join our team!
You'll assist customers via phone or email with electricity connections for new homes or moving parts of the electricity network. From homeowners building their dream homes to property developers, you'll guide them through the process, offering advice, next steps, and updates on their project.

- Provide customers with advice on application registrations and next best steps.
- Manage customer accounts by delivering project updates.
- Strive to address complaints during the initial contact.
- Oversee customer issues and coordinate with the broader business for solutions.
