Salary : £41,583 - £48,296 depending on skills and experience a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

We are looking for an Electricity Substation Construction Site Supervisor to join our team in the South of England.
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our in-house construction team.
Your responsibilities will include delivering capital projects and replacing electrical assets ranging from 11kV to 132kV in substations across the south.
Join us in this exciting opportunity to contribute to essential projects in the energy sector.
Other roles & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Co-ordinate our work programme to ensure adequate resources are available and prepare Construction Phase Plans for our sites as per the CDM requirements.
- Supervise site works, set staff to work and act as the main site contact.
- Review contractor and sub-contractor RAMS as necessary.
- Ensure our staff, contractors and sub-contractors are fully inducted on site, carry out toolbox talks, and receive safety documents as necessary.
- Order minor materials for projects as and when required, including tracking orders and invoices and processing quotations from numerous suppliers, whilst ensuring our sites have adequate welfare provisions available and plan and order welfare as required.
What do I need?
Experience working in operational electricity substation environments from 11kV - 132kV and a good working knowledge of the Construction and Design Management (CDM) Regulations especially in representing the Principal Contractor.
