Working Pattern : 6 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | options available
The role
SSEN are seeking a Mobile Generation Administrator to aid the Mobile Diesel Generation Group. This role involves supporting mobile generation for scheduled and emergency tasks. The candidate will prioritise the use of the SSE fleet initially, while also coordinating with external contractors when required to fulfil demands.
You will
- Manage hiring and off-hiring via phone or email to support engineers efficiently and effectively.
- Complete daily / weekly / monthly reports : data inputting and maintenance of operational reports.
- Complete financial records : financial data input, accurate & timely.
- Generate and track purchase orders.
- Complete office / desk housekeeping and ad hoc availability to support the business through weather events as required.
