Instructional Systems Design (ISD)
SSE is a technology company serving the aviation industry for over 30 years. We are a leading provider of aviation courseware development, virtual training development, and training for military and commercial aircraft.
We are seeking skilled Instructional System Designers (ISD) to join our team in St. Louis, MO.
The ISD shall provide curriculum development services to meet Military training requirements mandated by NETC and CSS. The ISD shall adhere to Naval Education and Training Plan, Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate Maintenance (PADDIE M) model for curriculum development.
Specific emphasis is Planning, Analysis and Design phases leading to a future Development effort.
Experience :
The ISD candidate shall have :
- Bachelors of Education or related field
- BA in Instructional Design
- Twenty-four (24) hours must fall within and include four (4) of these five (5) categories :
- learning theory
- instructional design
- instructional development
- evaluation
- computers in education
- Experince with CPM / AIM is required
- Experience supporting Navy Programs is required.
