SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC is looking for a skilled Administrative Services Manager to provide administrative support for the Air Force Civil Engineer Center’s (AFCEC) Design and Construction Branch (CFSD) mission of environmental compliance and restoration services at Air Force installations worldwide.
Responsibilities Include:
Support contract and project-level acquisition, closeout, and evidentiary matters.
Coordinate stakeholder requirements.
Aid data calls with entry, reconciliation, and database enhancements.
Draft admin documents, DD Form 1354s, and support task order management.
Inform stakeholders of acquisition, funding, and project management issues, coordinate resolution.
Coordinate funding requests by reconciling and compiling purchase requests.
Maintain electronic files, track and route design and construction documentation.
Develop, support, present, and provide recommendations for training.
Assist in dispute resolution, address equitable adjustment requests, organize documentation.
Qualifications include:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience providing administrative support, reporting, and tracking metrics of DoD contracts and projects; support of Quality Assurance (Title II) Oversight projects preferred.
Work Environment
Candidates selected for the position are not mandated to reside in the San Antonio/JBSA, TX area; however, they must be situated within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and accessible during regular working hours in the Central Time zone.
