Located in Cranberry Township and with Andy Warhol Museum reachable within 21 miles, Hampton Inn & Suites Cranberry Township/Mars provides a fitness center, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a garden. The property is around 21 miles from Pittsburgh Children's Museum, 21 miles from PNC Park and 21 miles from David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the business
- Handles the Human Resources responsibilities for the property
- Ensure that all employees are providing exceptional customer service
- Manage and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaign
Requirements:
- PEP experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
