Description :
A successful and progressive real estate company is currently seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our team in the tri-state area! You will be responsible for completing work orders, project work, and other required tasks within stated time frames. Handyperson, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, and general construction skills, as well as experience for on demand maintenance request(s) necessary. Computer, written and personal skills are a plus.

- Successfully complete work order-driven repairs within stated time frames
- Perform routine preventive maintenance for building owners
- Estimate repairs for quotes when necessary
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Work as a team on large-scale projects
- Maintain cleanliness of company-supplied vehicles and uniforms
- Must be available to respond to emergencies during regular on-call rotation
