Key Responsibilities
- Execute production operations within a clean-room manufacturing environment, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Set up, validate, and operate specialized manufacturing equipment, ensuring the production of superior scientific consumable products.
- Collaborate effectively with the team lead to ensure the production, testing, and inspection of high-quality products, contributing to the company’s commitment to excellence.
- Report directly to the manufacturing manager, providing regular updates on production progress and any issues encountered.
- Work shift: 1st 6am – 230pm, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting production targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, facilitating effective collaboration and clear reporting.
- Ability to comprehend and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and directives, ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Prior experience in a clean room or manufacturing setting is beneficial, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
- Proficiency in English (Speak, Read, Write), enabling effective communication within a diverse team.
- Familiarity with clean room operations and SOPs, ensuring a thorough understanding of the role’s requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
