Job Summary
- Join our team as a Cost Analyst and contribute to our client’s success by ensuring quality management of estimates and budgets, providing quick turnaround of project work performance data, and applying cost risk management to project cost estimates. You will also assist in contract commercial management, performance assessment, and reporting.
- Utilize project work elements for improved project estimating and budgeting
- Apply earned value criteria for better parametric forecasting
- Provide quick turnaround of project work performance data for timely corrective action
- Ensure estimate and budget quality management in line with industry standards
- Apply cost risk management to project cost estimates and integrate estimate uncertainty with project risk
- Assist in contract commercial management, performance assessment, and reporting
- High School diploma and five years of experience working in Microsoft Excel or equivalent software program
- Experience in data manipulation, integration, and report generation
- Proficiency in cost quality control metrics and cost measurement inspections
- Ability to quantify risk response to forecast cost performance effectively
- Experience in contract reviews relative to payment requirements and supporting documentation
- Proficiency in schedule management processes and the impact of project planning and scheduling on cost management
