Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Wire & Harness Engineer to lead the development of electrical product designs and documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical products, including equipment racks, power panels, and cable harnesses.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure designs meet technical requirements and industry standards.
- Analyze design data and performance metrics to optimize product performance.
- Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, bills of materials, and manufacturing instructions.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design and development.
- Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA V5, ENOVIA, IVT) or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
