Job Summary:
- We are seeking an Engineer to join our team in Cambridge, MA, where you will play a critical role in process control automation, equipment reliability, and technology development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the system owner for assigned systems, ensuring equipment reliability and technology development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process control automation solutions for bench top Finesse and DeltaV Controllers systems.
- Coordinate projects for equipment modification/improvement.
- Analyze data trends of the system and equipment used for technology development.
- Ensure the successful implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule for the systems.
- Support new product introductions and the implementation of new equipment/technology.
Skills Required:
- B.S. in a scientific field, entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Experience in upstream cell culture or downstream purification.
- Background in instrumentation, preventative maintenance, and automation (DeltaV or Finesse controllers).
- Experience with bioreactors and chromatography.
- Proven ability to organize project work and troubleshoot proactively.
- Experience in collaborative project work.
