Job Title: Fiber Network Change Management Analyst
Location: Doral, FL – 100% Remote
As a Change Management Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage maintenance events within our client’s Fiber Network. Your goal will be to minimize disruption to the customer base and ensure the timely restoration of each affected customer’s service.

As a Change Management Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage maintenance events within our client’s Fiber Network. Your goal will be to minimize disruption to the customer base and ensure the timely restoration of each affected customer’s service.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and vendor maintenance management
- Assess and approve maintenance events
- Conduct impact analysis, including circuit impact research, assessment, and validation
- Resolve conflicts related to internal and external maintenance & network outages
- Schedule and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Communicate proactively with customers and ensure they are properly notified
- Hands-on experience with SONET, IP protocols and routing, Layer 2 switching, WDM, Dark Fiber services, and OTDR testing
- 3-5 years of telecommunications experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Products
- Experience with NMS alarm monitoring and Circuit Inventory Systems like OSP Insight and Netcracker
- Excellent judgment, concentration, and decision-making skills
- Strong commitment to customer care and attention to detail
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- 2-4 years of related Service Provider experience
- Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, Network (preferred)
- Experience with Cisco routers and switches, Cisco ONS Lucent DMX Juniper MX and EX series, and MRV
- High School Diploma or GED
