Instructional Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with content owners and stakeholders to create annual global Information Management courses.
• Facilitate meetings for storyboard development, approvals, and project completion, adhering to a set roadmap.
• Partner with teams to implement and monitor corporate compliance training, including managing escalations.
• Resolve content and enrollment discrepancies in collaboration with business partners.
• Conduct year-over-year analysis of completion rates, identifying areas of progress and opportunities.
• Regularly engage with leaders across departments to support strategies aimed at risk reduction.

Skills Required:

1-2 years compliance, analytics, risk or similar experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Course design and Articulate Program experience strongly preferred

Outstanding critical thinking skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Presentation skills preferred

Experience with Excel, Power BI and database management preferred
