Join our client’s dynamic team as a Non-IT Project/Program Manager IV. This role is perfect for experienced professionals who excel in project management, stakeholder management, and communication. You’ll be leading portfolio reporting and project coordination activities for two high-profile change portfolios for Global Distribution.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead non-IT project management activities across various fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out.
• Coordinate portfolio status reporting for strategic portfolio; work with Project Managers and stakeholders to gather and review data.
• Plan and coordinate the rollout of Planview PPM software in Global Distribution; liaise with the enterprise Planview PPM team.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
• Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.
  
  

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Proficiency in creating compelling slides that effectively convey concepts and detailed information.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Proficiency in computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
  
  

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is mandatory.
• PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience with Planview is highly preferred.
• 8-10 years of strong project management experience is required.
