Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated System Owner with a focus on Packaging Equipment Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for all technical aspects of a manufacturing line, including process optimization strategies and operational issues. You will also be involved in design and implementation of system modifications, experiments, and capital projects.
- Work with operations to ensure equipment is operating correctly.
- Collaborate with maintenance on equipment breakdowns.
- Write/Update documents related to equipment and maintenance.
- Attend meetings and lead small projects for packaging line improvements.
- Advanced degree in Mechatronics, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech processes, especially in the area of final drug product operations.
- Familiarity with validation processes for Packaging areas and serialization process and networking.
- Ability to interpret and apply GAMPs and GMPs.
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and presentation skills.
- Project management, problem-solving, and technical writing capability.
