Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of strategies and roadmaps to optimize end-to-end business processes.
- Analyze business operations and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, anticipate future business needs, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Create process models and diagrams to guide team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to assess risks, impacts, and options related to business processes.
- Lead initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements.
- Proven experience in project management and change management.
- Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of financial processes.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), S4, SAP/HANA, PowerBI.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or other process improvement tools.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management or related business field.
