Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support and enhance quality engineering and assurance within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Execute low to medium complexity quality engineering tasks supporting manufacturing quality systems, including New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfers.
- Assist with risk assessments such as Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and contribute to process development and design transfer activities.
- Conduct process validation protocols, support production builds, analyze related data, and initiate validation-driven process improvements.
- Investigate nonconformances, perform root cause analyses, implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions, and ensure compliance through detailed process audits.
- High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent, or no prior experience required with a Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, Excel, and knowledge of quality/process methodologies; exposure to SAP preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with process monitoring, risk assessment, technical documentation, and CAPA methodologies.
