Job Title: Sr Release Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse teams to comprehend portfolio roadmaps and key value drops.
- Implement effective release framework across multiple teams and locations.
- Oversee all change activities from planning to deployment.
- Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans for all releases.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Define and publish key metrics to measure release effectiveness.
Skills Required:
- Experience in eCommerce, Mobile apps, and Dotcoms.
- Knowledge of mobile play store deployments - Apple and Google Playstore.
- Technical, Product, and Program experience.
- Proficiency in Jira and sprint planning.
- Ability to simplify complex problems for all stakeholders.
- Adaptability to agile environment and proactive initiative.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience with ServiceNow, Confluence.
- Does not come from a waterfall/SAP environment.
- Does not have a finance or supply chain background.
Who You'll Work With:
- You will collaborate with Global Technology teams to foster alignment and integrated planning. You will work closely with the Portfolio, Product, Technology, and Strategy functions, coordinating with other Technology teams on cross-functional deployments.
What You Bring To Our Client:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field; or 2 years of professional experience.
- Deep understanding of standard release processes, agile methodologies, and technical capabilities.
- Experience with development and deployment automation tools.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to deliver key strategic initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and negotiate.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow.
