Title: Sr User Experience Designer (UX Designer)
Schedule: Hybrid - 2 – 3 days per week
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Type: Contract to Hire
Description:
- Digital first transformation of web and mobile solutions for Lending, Leasing, and Cash Management products.
- UX Designer will partner with a cross functional team of product, engineering, key stakeholders, and designers to create an end-to-end customer experience for our digital community.
- In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems.
- A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.
- Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to drive adoption and usage.
Must Have Skills:
- 8 years of experience required.
- Deep UI/UX design skills showcasing problem solving techniques focused on the customer
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Experience developing wireframes and screen flows based on user needs
- Familiar with working in an Agile / SAFE environment
- Experience working with Figma
