Job Description:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of purchase order information to offshore factory partners.
- Implementing and documenting new and existing tools and processes.
- Utilizing MS Excel and other internal systems to manage footwear samples data sets, troubleshoot issues, and make timely updates.
- Ensuring consistency, documentation, and standardization across our operations.
- Maintaining purchase order information via internal tools.
- Resolving data issues using Excel or similar tools.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with global teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to manage time effectively and adjust priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Excel (computational formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables).
- Experience with SAP (preferred).
