Description
SSI is seeking a systems analyst with expertise in database systems to support a Navy contract in Philadelphia, PA. The successful candidate will provide technical support services and systems analysis to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Command Front Offices.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical administration and operations business support services various branch and division offices in the Systems Department of the Naval Surface Warfare Center.
- Develop and maintain database systems and collaborative tools using SQL, Oracle, and/or MS Access.
- Provide Enterprise tool support to the Command Front Office for business applications such as MS Teams.
- Provide database system support for a team of financial and ERP analysts tracking financial expenditures, assist with the development and management of the database of financial documents.
- Provide technical support for customized reports, dashboard development, metrics support, including dashboard, and cockpit charts, as well as other specialized financial reports, in order to assist the government with tracking expenditures.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Secret Clearance or clearable to Secret within a reasonable time frame
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience designing and using data management tools
- 4 years professional experience in performing computer systems analysis, developing database systems and managing enterprise wide collaborative tools such Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool for time and financial tracking
- Experience with Oracle, Structured Query Language (SQL) Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2005, and Microsoft Access are required
- Excellent team work and strong communication skills required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Navy programs, organizations and functions is preferred.
- SQL, Oracle or similar database certification

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
